xy999's commitment to responsible gaming
xy999 believes gaming is for enjoyment — not stress. Our safe gaming tools and guidelines help you play in a healthy and controlled way.
Our responsible gaming policy
At xy999, your entertainment is our priority, but we care equally about your mental and financial well-being. Responsible gaming means staying aware of your limits, setting a budget, and seeing gaming purely as entertainment — not as a source of income.
We believe that creating a safe gaming environment is not only our ethical responsibility but also the foundation of a healthy and sustainable gaming community. That is why xy999 has put in place a range of protective tools and support measures for every user. If you ever feel that gambling is having a negative impact on your life, please reach out to us.
Please note — to join xy999 you must be 21 years of age or older. Access by minors is strictly prohibited and we take active steps to prevent it.
Warning: Risk of gambling addiction
Online betting and gaming can be enjoyable, but it can also lead to addictive behaviour. Placing bets to chase losses, spending beyond your budget, or hiding your gaming from family members are warning signs. If you notice a problem, contact our 24/7 support today.
Our protection tools
xy999 provides a range of practical tools to keep your gaming experience safe and in control.
Self-Exclusion
If you want to take a break from gaming for a period of time or permanently, use the self-exclusion option. Activating this feature will suspend your account for a set period or permanently. Let us know via 24/7 live chat and we will act immediately.
Deposit limit
Set a daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit to keep your spending in check. Once a limit is set, no further deposits will be possible until that period resets. This significantly reduces the risk of going over your budget.
Time-out break
Set a daily, weekly, or monthly session limit. When the session ends you will be logged out automatically and will not be able to log back in before the set time has passed. This break helps you shift focus to family and social life outside of gaming.
Age verification
Age verification is mandatory when registering at xy999. Only Bangladeshi citizens aged 21 or older may open an account. We actively conduct identity verification to protect minors.
Betting history review
You can review your deposit, withdrawal, and betting history at any time by logging into your account. Analyse your spending patterns and make changes where needed. Transparency is the first step toward responsible gaming.
24/7 Support in Bengali
If you are experiencing gaming-related problems or stress, our support team is always here. Reach out at any time via live chat in Bengali. Our trained support agents will help you activate the tools you need.

Tips for safe and enjoyable gaming
xy999 would like to share a few simple tips to help you game responsibly.
- Set a budget: Before you play, decide on an amount that, if lost, will not affect your daily life.
- Stick to a time limit: Set a time limit for each gaming session and take a break when that time is up.
- Do not play on emotion: Avoid gambling when you are under stress, angry, or feeling down. Make decisions with a clear head.
- Do not count on winning: Every bet is independent and the outcome is uncertain. Never treat gambling as a reliable source of income.
- Take breaks: Take regular breaks. Use that time to spend with family or friends.
- Keep it away from children: Keep your account and device out of reach of minors. Do not share your password.
- Do not hesitate to ask for help: If gaming is getting out of control, contact support right away. Asking for help is a sign of strength.
